CPESN eCare Plan Education
The Pharmacist eCare Plan is integral to CPESN USA’s Quality Assurance and to allow for pharmacies to document the services they provide to patients.
Opioid Stewardship Plan Education
The CPESN Quality and Performance Committee, which is a group of CPESN Luminaries focused on quality aspects of the Clinical Integrated Network (CPESN), has updated the Quality Assurance Standards as previously communicated. One aspect has already been implemented (expanding the focus of Quality Based Metrics to not only focus on 10 eCare plans per quarter) and now the Opioid Stewardship Plan is being implemented. The training video describes: 1) Understand the focus on all CPESN Pharmacies having an Opioid Stewardship Plan in place at the pharmacy; 2) Review the Opioid Stewardship Plan Requirement; 3) Implement an Opioid Stewardship Plan at the pharmacy.

Addressing Patient Barriers in Social Determinants of Health (SDOH)
This training series consists of seven modules covering food insecurity, social isolation, chronic stress, and community resources. This course is being supported through a program grant from the Duke Endowment Foundation to the University of South Carolina.
